About the Role
As an AI research intern, you will work closely with our leadership and technical teams to explore, analyze, and develop AI-driven solutions for workforce optimization and future applications of quantum computing in healthcare. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze U.S. and international healthcare regulations to assess opportunities for business incorporation and market expansion.
  • Conduct research on healthcare workforce policies, labor laws, and AI regulations affecting workforce management.
  • Monitor policy developments in AI-driven healthcare solutions and identify regulatory risks and opportunities.
  • Explore healthcare data privacy laws, compliance frameworks, and ethical considerations for AI in workforce management.
  • Research nursing labor shortages and workforce management challenges, compiling insights for case studies and reports.
  • Assist in preparing white papers, policy briefs, and investor presentations on regulatory challenges and AI adoption in healthcare.
  • Support the development of a 5-10year strategic roadmap for emerging technologies in healthcare workforce management.
