About the Role
As a healthcare policy intern, you will work closely with our leadership team to analyze regulatory trends, research global healthcare policies, and explore AI’s role in shaping the future of workforce management in healthcare. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze U.S. and international healthcare regulations to assess opportunities for business incorporation and market expansion.
  • Conduct research on healthcare workforce policies, labor laws, and AI regulations affecting workforce management.
  • Monitor policy developments in AI-driven healthcare solutions and identify regulatory risks and opportunities.
  • Explore healthcare data privacy laws, compliance frameworks, and ethical considerations for AI in workforce management.
  • Research nursing labor shortages and workforce management challenges, compiling insights for case studies and reports.
  • Assist in preparing white papers, policy briefs, and investor presentations on regulatory challenges and AI adoption in healthcare.
  • Support the development of a 5-10year strategic roadmap for emerging technologies in healthcare workforce management.
